I’ve had a great experience with this insurance company during my first year living alone. They have been extremely responsive and efficient in updating my policy, especially when it came to adding a new third-party and making sure everything was correctly reflected without any delays or confusion.
What really stood out was how smoothly they helped me start the process of combining my renters and auto insurance. They explained my options clearly, made sure I understood the benefits, and handled everything quickly on their end so I didn’t have to stress or follow up repeatedly.
Customer service like this is rare, professional, proactive, and genuinely helpful. Honestly, the representative I worked with deserves recognition (and probably a raise) for how well they managed everything. I feel confident and taken care of with this company. This is my first and ONLY renters insurance from now on!"

"After my car was backed into on a Friday evening, I contacted State Farm's office right away. Mrs. Kimberly Hitchman answered the phone at 4:30 p.m. She was very professional, polite, concerned, and caring about my accident.. She put me in touch with the claims department and they were also very helpful with the process. The following Monday, another representative from State Farm's office contacted me to follow up with the accident/claim. She was also very professional, polite, concerned, and caring.
The claims department referred me to the best body shop who took much pride in repairing my car back to perfection.
